Supporting all couples and families through the big and small challenges and changes life brings. I work with couples, parents of teenagers or adult children, friends and co-parents. As your therapist, we will work together to notice unhelpful patterns in the relationship as well as support the relationship in adapting to change and strengthening the parts that are already working in the relationship.

Providing an expansive and caring space for you to explore your relationship to yourself, your community and those close to you.
